Participating in day-to‑day activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
Providing immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
Training new hires and setting the tone for shifts
Being a friendly, encouraging team player
Leading shifts and being a key holder
Ensuring effective communication and finalizing day operations
Problem‑solving

Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to smile and create emotional connections with Guests
Reliable
Strong people skills and commitment to superior customer service
Experience in leadership roles preferred
Problem‑solving skills

Associate degree or higher preferred
