Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating business priorities into people strategy Lead organizational design and workforce planning for a global team, ensuring alignment with business outcomes Drive talent management initiatives, including performance development and succession planning across the organization
Required Qualifications
12+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 5+ years at the Director level or above Experience supporting go-to-market, sales, or revenue organizations with an understanding of quota cycles and commission structures Proven ability to build relationships and influence C-suite executives Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and executive talent management Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology preferred
