A company is looking for a Lead Employee Relations Partner who will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex employee relations efforts, including investigations and performance management Drive collaboration with Legal to develop risk mitigation protocols and manage high-risk cases Design and implement new approaches to performance management and corrective action
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field PHR or SPHR certification preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations Experience conducting investigations and managing complex employee relations cases Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
