A company is looking for a Contract Email & SMS Lifecycle Strategist (Klaviyo, DTC).
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize email & SMS lifecycle programs for DTC ecommerce brands Build, test, QA, and deploy campaigns and automations directly in Klaviyo Analyze lifecycle performance and translate data into actionable optimizations
Required Qualifications
3-6+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands Hands-on ownership of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability) Experience building and optimizing revenue-driving lifecycle flows Experience working within Shopify-based ecommerce environments Ability to connect lifecycle performance to business outcomes
