A company is looking for a Retention Strategist (Klaviyo / eCommerce Strategist) to manage and optimize email and SMS campaigns for eCommerce clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize, set up, and optimize email flows and campaigns while managing ongoing performance Conduct daily data analysis to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance and maximizing revenue Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide detailed reports and performance improvement plans
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of eCommerce email experience 1-2+ years of experience with Klaviyo Proven track record of managing email campaigns for lists of 100,000+ Strong design and copywriting ability to ensure brand alignment Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
