A company is looking for a Director of Global Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a global team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction Drive efficient global delivery operations in alignment with business strategies and compliance with SLAs Act as the primary interface with global stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and communication
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years in Global Delivery Management with experience in leading large teams and managing complex IT projects Technical knowledge of Azure and Microsoft technologies Fluency in English; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage Experience managing a portfolio of $30-$35M and a team of approximately 150 members
