Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute cross-functional projects to improve operational impact and client satisfaction Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and performance metrics Coordinate resources and stakeholders, ensuring project adherence to established guidelines and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in operations, processes, or improvement roles 2+ years of experience in the pharmacy benefits or related industry Six Sigma yellow belt certification required within one year of start date Proficiency in MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools
