Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyze current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions Promote awareness and adoption of Continuous Improvement methodologies across the enterprise
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Process Improvement or related field Black belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodology required 5+ years' experience leading process improvement initiatives with demonstrated results Strong project management experience required Extensive experience with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
