Process Improvement Specialist

A company is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to identify and implement enterprise-wide process improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of performance improvement projects using LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies Assist with the implementation and training of functional areas on process engineering maintenance plans Collect and evaluate project key performance metrics and develop project status reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement within the healthcare industry Knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Black Belt or PMP certification is a plus
