Key Responsibilities
Develop clear product requirements for AI-powered People workflows through user research and process mapping Design and build AI tools to enhance the delivery of People expertise Partner with People Data Science and Engineering on data integrations and define safety and governance guardrails
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or a related field Hands-on experience in building and shipping tools using AI-assisted technologies Solid understanding of HR functions and the employee lifecycle Familiarity with data flows from HRIS and data warehouses into user-facing products Proven track record of delivering in ambiguous environments while collaborating with senior stakeholders
