Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.* 12+ years of experience in operating model design, go-to-market strategy, or transformation roles.* Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align competing priorities.* Strong analytical and execution planning capabilities.* Experience managing ambiguity and driving structured outcomes.* Experience in wealth management, retirement, or financial services distribution models.* Expertise in incentive design, KPI development, and performance management.* Experience with II/RPS or workplace-retail integration.* Background in large-scale transformation or change management initiatives.* Strong understanding of advisor operating models and client journey design.Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.

Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
