Key Responsibilities of the Sales Recruiter:
Lead full cycle recruiting for sales positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding Build strong partnerships with sales leadership to understand hiring goals and refine role requirements Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards, and manage the interview process
Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Recruiter:
At least three years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales hiring Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Ripline or similar tools Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort identifying passive talent Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications related to performance and team fit
