Manage end-to-end recruiting across various functions, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success Lead hiring efforts across international markets, adapting strategies based on local dynamics Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and manage recruitment workflows using ATS platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience hiring across multiple functions, both technical and non-technical Experience recruiting in international markets Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
