A company is looking for a Senior Labor Relations Manager, Full-Time, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Support the VP, ER/LR in labor relations activities including contract analysis, bargaining, and conflict resolution Provide guidance on compliance with labor regulations and best practices in labor relations Assist in data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions related to labor relations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred 4-6+ years of experience in labor relations within a related industry Ability to travel as needed throughout the US and Canada Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations Experience in supporting large-scale initiatives involving multiple unions and diverse stakeholders
