Lead the annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles, ensuring accuracy in compensation data Maintain global job architecture and salary ranges, ensuring data integrity within Workday Manage compliance audits and support M&A compensation mapping for new teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Global Total Rewards, focusing on compensation and benefits management Experience in a startup environment Financial fluency, with a background in Accounting or Finance preferred Advanced skills in ADP, AON Radford, and Excel/Google Sheets Certification in CCP or CBP is highly desired
