A company is looking for an Associate Total Rewards Manager responsible for developing and executing compensation and benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global compensation analysis and administration, ensuring alignment with performance management frameworks Conduct job analysis and market pricing reviews to determine pay classifications and salary structures Support global benefits administration and compliance with federal and state benefit laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards with a focus on compensation analysis Strong analytical skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification preferred; Workday experience highly preferred
