A company is looking for a Transmission and Grid Interconnection Manager to oversee utility-facing interconnection activities for large-scale renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification and strategy development for transmission and interconnection opportunities Coordinate transmission analyses and synthesize results into upgrade cost estimates Represent the company in interconnection discussions with RTOs, ISOs, and utilities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally with a technical bachelor's degree Strong understanding of transmission systems related to renewable and storage projects Familiarity with RTO and utility tariffs and their associated practices Hands-on experience with power system modeling tools Demonstrated program and portfolio management capabilities
