A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist I to facilitate patient engagement through telephonic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to members to introduce the program and facilitate enrollment Manage a daily queue of members for outreach, focusing on call completion and enrollment metrics Document interactions with members accurately and maintain a professional and empathetic approach
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred Experience in a high call volume setting strongly preferred Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly preferred Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
