Customs Compliance Account Manager

A company is looking for a Global Trade Compliance Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and account activities Manage the classification of client products and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Oversee the delivery of solutions and services, ensuring quality and adherence to service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in a corporate trade compliance or customs brokerage environment Advanced knowledge of import and export trade compliance processes and controls Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Customs Brokers License preferred; additional professional certifications are a plus
