A company is looking for a Customer Success Renewal Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full renewal lifecycle for a defined set of customers, ensuring accurate forecasts and managing the Salesforce pipeline Execute standard renewal motions, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales for execution Monitor account health, lead business outcome-focused meetings, and capture customer feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management within B2B software/SaaS Proven achievement of gross revenue retention and renewal targets High analytical rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management Experience using Salesforce and customer success platforms Nice-to-have certifications: ITIL Foundation or customer success certifications
