A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a renewal pipeline using CRM dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and renewal stages Develop and execute renewal strategies by prioritizing renewals based on value and risk level Collaborate with sales representatives to assess renewal progress and identify opportunities for expansion
Required Qualifications
Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining detailed data Ability to prioritize work based on urgency and customer risk Previous experience in renewals, account management, or customer success is preferred Familiarity with sales processes and pipeline management Capacity to acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
