A company is looking for a Senior Client Renewal Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong partnerships with team members to support client renewals Utilize internal tools to keep management informed of renewal status and retention forecasts Manage the entire renewal lifecycle independently after initial training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) degree or equivalent job experience 3-5 years of work experience in client-facing roles within technology companies At least 3 years of experience in customer/client renewals, sales, or account management Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Success technologies is advantageous Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
