Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or related roles Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs Experience managing learning management systems and learning technologies Strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness
