Key Responsibilities
Generate and monitor letters and notices for accuracy Perform quality checks on outgoing statutory notices Document account activities and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Two years of work-related experience, preferably in finance or credit industry Two years of administrative support experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required Familiarity with indirect loan documentation preferred
