A company is looking for a Senior Deal Operations Specialist, preferably located on the East and Central Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach the Deal Operations team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement Provide accurate quoting support and maintain data integrity within CRM and quoting systems Collaborate with Sales and Legal on deal structuring, pricing approvals, and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Deal Desk & Revenue Operations Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and revenue recognition principles Experience with cloud marketplace transactions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ systems Commercial judgment and contract acumen with the ability to assess risk for non-standard deal terms
