Key Responsibilities
Drive client success and commercial expansion by managing the end-to-end success of accounts and ensuring measurable client outcomes Oversee project management for enterprise accounts, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation Build and maintain executive relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders to facilitate growth and upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in managing complex SaaS or platform deployments within the healthcare or biopharma space Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid); PMP certification is a plus Deep understanding of performance marketing tech integration with client-side CRMs and patient data platforms Experience managing accounts with $500K+ ARR, focusing on business outcomes and trusted relationships Strong executive presence and ability to engage in high-level strategic conversations
