Key Responsibilities
Provides expert consulting on process improvement initiatives and business strategies Manages complex projects and programs independently, ensuring successful outcomes Supports the design and implementation of continuous process improvement programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related discipline Minimum of 8 years of related work experience, including 5 years in process improvement or project management roles P&C Insurance experience required Experience managing large-scale process improvement projects Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management (PMP) preferred
