Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and perform application data entry Respond to online chat inquiries and adhere to defined procedures and policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device that has a functioning camera Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection Commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
