A company is looking for a Credit Representative (remote) Level 1.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with consumers via phone, live chat, email, and text using advanced technology Negotiate payment agreements and assist customers in resolving concerns Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage interactions and data
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1.5 years of 1st or 3rd party collections experience Ability to work in a dedicated, quiet home office environment Hard-wired internet connection of 50 MB or more General computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens Must be present in a virtual work environment via webcam during working hours
