A company is looking for a Bilingual Credit Representative (remote) Level 1.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with consumers via phone, live chat, email, and text using advanced technology Negotiate payment agreements and assist customers in resolving concerns and managing debt Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 1.5 years of 1st or 3rd party collection experience Must reside in Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, Idaho, Iowa, or Texas Ability to navigate multiple screens and type at least 25 words per minute Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection Must be able to meet minimum performance levels and KPIs
