Key Responsibilities
Serve as interim market leader for peer-to-peer campaigns during vacancies, ensuring revenue execution and participant growth Lead the execution and growth of the DIY fundraising program while identifying and scaling revenue-generating best practices Drive campaign performance through data analysis, strategic planning, and field enablement communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required 6-8+ years of experience in fundraising, campaign management, or strategy Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with internal systems
