At MedWrite, we believe that healthcare providers should focus on patients, not paperwork. We are a healthcare AI startup on a mission to eliminate clinician burnout caused by administrative burden.

The Role

We are looking for a versatile, self-starting Marketing Lead to build and execute our core marketing engine. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with a strong focus on execution (80%) alongside strategy (20%).

Core Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy & Creation (Primary Focus)

Develop and execute a consistent content calendar

Write high-quality blog posts, case studies, and email sequences

Maintain MedWrite’s professional, compliant, and innovative tone

Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices

Track performance (traffic, rankings, bounce rate)

Improve website and landing page conversion

Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, email, PPC, and content syndication

Support outbound efforts with cold email sequences

Build automated lead nurturing workflows

4. Measurement & Reporting

Create weekly/monthly performance dashboards

Analyze channels, content, and keywords driving results

Required Skills & Experience

Exceptional B2B copywriting skills

Experience managing multi-channel campaigns

Strong analytical mindset (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools)

B2B marketing experience (SaaS preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

HealthTech or healthcare marketing experience

Startup or high-growth environment experience

Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
