The Role

We are looking for a versatile, self-starting Marketing Lead to build and execute our core marketing engine. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with a strong focus on execution (80%) alongside strategy (20%).

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and execute a consistent content calendar
  • Write high-quality blog posts, case studies, and email sequences
  • Maintain MedWrite’s professional, compliant, and innovative tone
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices
  • Track performance (traffic, rankings, bounce rate)
  • Improve website and landing page conversion
  • Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, email, PPC, and content syndication
  • Support outbound efforts with cold email sequences
  • Build automated lead nurturing workflows

4. Measurement & Reporting

  • Create weekly/monthly performance dashboards
  • Analyze channels, content, and keywords driving results

Required Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional B2B copywriting skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools)
  • B2B marketing experience (SaaS preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • HealthTech or healthcare marketing experience
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
