Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the vision for the engagement ecosystem, including storefronts and subscription services Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals Drive the successful delivery of cross-platform projects through effective planning and collaboration
Qualifications
BS or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in commerce, fintech, or digital platforms, with at least 7 years in engineering leadership roles Proven expertise in commerce platforms and digital storefronts Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices Experience optimizing acquisition technology stacks and familiarity with compliance standards
