Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of complex SaaS delivery programs, ensuring timelines, quality, scope, and margins are met Drive delivery through measurable business outcomes and hold teams accountable for results Partner with client executives to align technology delivery with business strategy and oversee financial governance across programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of senior leadership experience in delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions for insurance or financial services Proven success in leading large-scale transformation programs ($5M-$20M+) across multi-disciplinary teams Deep understanding of Life, Health, and Annuity insurance operations Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models and modern delivery toolchains Bachelor's degree required; PMP, LOMA, FLMI, or Scrum Master certification preferred
