Uses data and tech to boost accountability, pushing everyone to excel individually and as a team.* **Leads enterprise financial strategy and delivers decision support** that drives growth, profitability, and long-term value* **Communicates complex financial insights clearly and persuasively** to executive stakeholders to influence strategic decisions* **Builds and applies advanced financial models, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks** to guide high-impact business decisions*\*Click here for a full list of* *.***What You’ll Do and Impact:*** Serve as the primary finance leader and strategic advisor to executive stakeholders across major business lines or enterprise functions.* Shape enterprise financial strategy by linking long-term business objectives with actionable financial insights, risks, and opportunities.* Lead and evolve forecasting, planning, and performance management processes to drive forward-looking, data-informed decisions.* Guide evaluation of large-scale strategic initiatives, including investments, pricing strategies, cost structure optimization, and transformation efforts.* Partner with FAST and other centralized teams to prioritize analytics, enhance reporting capabilities, and scale consistent financial practices.* Drive alignment across functions, ensuring cohesive financial narratives and disciplined execution against enterprise goals.* Build, lead, and develop high-performing finance talent, strengthening business partnership capabilities across the function.* Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize finance processes and elevate decision-making.**Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field* 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, strategy, or consulting* Demonstrated experience advising executives and influencing enterprise-level decisions* Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, drive transformation, and scale financial processes* Strong experience leading teams and developing talent* Advanced proficiency in financial systems, modeling, and analytics tools**Additional Items of Interest:*** MBA or advanced degree preferred* Experience supporting complex, multi-line-of-business environments* Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, GPT tools, or AI-enabled financial analysis platforms* Experience leading finance transformation or modernization initiatives*Job to be performed in the location listed.
