Pines Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing parts inventory and providing excellent service to both customers and service technicians. Your ability to identify and supply the correct parts will support smooth and timely vehicle repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with parts inquiries, orders, and availability. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and update the system accordingly. Process orders by picking, packing, and shipping parts as needed. Collaborate with service technicians to identify necessary parts for repairs and maintenance. Resolve customer issues and provide product knowledge to ensure satisfaction. Ensure the parts department is organized and stocked appropriately. Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of parts. Requirements

Previous experience in automotive parts or related retail environment preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to lift and move parts as required. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Benefits
