A company is looking for a Hard Money Underwriter who understands private lending and can underwrite deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and review loan files and borrower documentation Analyze property details, exit strategies, and overall risk while calculating LTV, ARV, and other financial metrics Issue approvals and conditions, ensuring effective communication with the team and adherence to internal guidelines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals and rehab budgets Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and insurance Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
