Key Responsibilities
Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and review loan files and borrower documentation Analyze property details, deal structure, and overall risk while calculating LTV, ARV, and timelines Issue approvals and conditions, ensuring efficient communication with the team and adherence to internal guidelines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals and rehab budgets Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and entity structures Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
