Key Responsibilities
Manage a consistent flow of high-intent, qualified leads and collaborate on lead optimization Evaluate complex risk management needs and assist in preparing applications for insurance quotes Build client relationships and collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
5+ years of agency sales experience Active Property & Casualty Insurance license Expertise in commercial lines insurance products, including Management Liability and Tech E&O Proven track record of high conversion rates with leads and referrals Ability to use Salesforce and web-based quoting tools
