A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and partner for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client requests and provide timely customer service Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and project management Track key performance indicators related to client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management Strong customer service and project management skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prior experience using Asana or other project management tools is a plus
