Key Responsibilities
Review and approve condominium projects and Agency Conventional loans in compliance with internal guidelines and investor requirements Conduct assessments of project documentation and manage individual underwriting pipeline to ensure timely reviews Identify document deficiencies and communicate with customers regarding outstanding conditions and necessary information
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or Residential Mortgage Loan underwriting High school diploma required Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry practices and regulatory compliance Intermediate knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA Guidelines Entry level to intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and Encompass
