Manage executive-level relationships with top-tier P&C carriers to enhance market access and underwriting responsiveness Negotiate broker compensation agreements and service-level commitments to optimize carrier alignment Evaluate carrier performance and market trends to inform growth strategies and drive accountability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA) or professional designations preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in P&C insurance market relations or carrier management Deep knowledge of commercial P&C products and underwriting structures Proven success in negotiating national-level compensation programs with major insurers Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across multiple business lines
