Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the AI strategy and roadmap for Managed Services across finance, HR, and application support Identify, prioritize, and develop AI-enabled solutions to improve execution and create client value Establish and oversee governance frameworks for AI usage, ensuring effective operation in control-sensitive environments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 12+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or managed services Demonstrated success in designing and scaling AI solutions across finance, accounting, or HR Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes Experience with ERP, HCM, and enterprise workflow ecosystems
