Key Responsibilities
Counsel executives and teams on employee relations, performance management, and sensitive personnel matters Design and implement scalable frameworks for employee relations and compliance strategies Conduct workplace investigations and manage employment litigation strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of employment law experience Combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred Experience advising on complex employment matters, particularly for hourly or field-based workforces Multi-state employment law experience required Deep knowledge of federal employment laws and strong wage-and-hour expertise
