Job Summary
Full Time Customer Service Representative position located at Branch 0507, 1401 S 4th St Leavenworth, KS 66048.
This role provides an entry‑level opportunity with potential for growth.
Responsibilities
Complete cash transactions for customers
Initiate customer loans
Contact customers about past‑due payments
Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays; Sundays off
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Cash handling experience
Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
Safe, secure transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance is essential
Must be at least 18 years of age
Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
