
Salesforce Tech Lead

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services company, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to support the buildout of a brand‑new Service Cloud instance for their automotive line of business. This platform will serve as a case management system for vehicle inventory, managing the full lifecycle from intake through auction, while supporting external vendors through an Experience Cloud portal.

Leading requirements gathering, solution design, and development efforts Managing developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring delivery quality Building and integrating a case management system for vehicle workflows Supporting external vendor access via Experience Cloud Strong communication and ability to partner with business and technical teams
