Real Estate Paralegal
for their Corporate Legal Department. The right candidate will support real estate counsel, other corporate managers, and handle certain issues at our corporate office.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Helps coordinate the processing of various legal documents in connection with the Company’s acquisition, disposition and/or ownership of real property.
Organize legal documents related to the Company’s legal matters.
Prepare various documentation.
Compose letters and routine correspondence.
Able to use Microsoft Office and Excel.
May be required to make meeting and travel arrangements.
Perform general clerical assistance, including preparing packages and telephone duties.
Process and organize emails and electronic files.
Qualifications Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Paralegal certificate.
Real estate experience preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products required.
