Customer Service Representative – Planet Fitness
Compensation & Hours
Part‑time position starting at $11 per hour. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter, based on anniversary date.
Shift availability: Weekday nights (4‑11, 5‑11) and any time between 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekends. Shifts 5‑8 hours long. Employees will work 15‑24 hours per week, with a maximum of 29 hours weekly.
Responsibilities
Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active members and new members.
Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
