and are looking for a Property Manager who wants real ownership, accountability, and room to grow. This Role Is a Fit If You Run your portfolio like it\'s your own business Build strong tenant, vendor, and broker relationships Anticipate issues and act quickly Are disciplined with budgets, reporting, and compliance Value accountability and doing things the right way
What You\'ll Own
A portfolio of 20+ industrial properties across Chicagoland Property inspections and overall asset condition Tenant move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and improvements Capital projects in partnership with our PDS team Operating budgets, financials, and CAM/tax reconciliations Delinquencies, collections, and lease compliance Vendor performance and key service contracts Support for acquisitions, dispositions, and investor reporting

What You Bring
3-5 years of commercial real estate experience (industrial preferred) Strong knowledge of budgets, CAM/tax reconciliations, COIs, and vendor contracts Comfort with Excel, Word, and Yardi Bachelor\'s degree preferred Illinois Real Estate License (or in process) a plus

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
